Hello friends! Welcome to my new space! I worked with my friends at Mandy Robertson Media over the last month to create this beautiful site, so I hope you’ll stick around a while and make yourself at home.
As we designed this, I also thought about you- my reader. I want to gift you with something to show my appreciation for your support, so asked myself, “What is the one thing I want my readers to know after visiting here?”
The answer is simple. I want you to know you are enough. I want you to know God’s love for you doesn’t change when you mess up or when you need a do-over five minutes into your day.
I want you to know there is nothing you can do to make him love you any more or any less. He loves you with an unchanging, everlasting love and he delights in his creation- you.
So I wrote you a reminder- The Daughter’s Manifesto: Claiming Christ’s Love When You Feel Less Than Enough.
One of the most amazing things about God is his grace. But it’s also the most difficult concept for us to understand. As a kid, I remember saying a prayer asking Jesus to save me not once, but several times. It seemed too good to be true.
When we face doubt and uncertainty, one sure way to claim confidence is to proclaim the truth. That’s why in The Daughter’s Manifesto, you will find truths to post on your bedroom mirror, to say out loud, and to read whenever you need a reminder of who you are in Christ.
Jesus died so we could walk in freedom, not uncertainty. This is my hope for you- confidence in who you are as a daughter.
If you would like to have this free gift delivered to your inbox, simply sign up for email updates in my sidebar or at the bottom of this post. (If you are already a subscriber you will receive it automatically) I pray it serves as a reminder of the love your Creator has for you, and helps you combat the lie that you have to earn it in any way.
Also, if you subscribe for email updates today, you will be entered to win one of these amazing books!
Books are my love language, and reading is one thing that allows me to breathe deep and unwind. I pray these awesome reads do the same for you, and provide a reason for you to sit down, take a few minutes to yourself, and let the laundry sit.
I will announce the winners of these gifts next Tuesday, May 16th.
Friends, thank you for your support over the past four years of blogging. You push me to keep putting words on the page, even when doubt rears its shadow. God continually speaks to me through your encouragement and kindness, and I will forever be grateful. I hope you enjoy my new home on the web!
